ROI: ROI 2023 INCOME TAX DEADLINE

The deadline for the submission of Irish Income Tax returns for tax year 2023 (1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023) is fast approaching.



For taxpayers that pay and file their 2023 Form 11 online via ROS the deadline has been extended from Thursday, 31 October 2024 to Thursday, 14 November 2024.



For taxpayers that do not both pay and file via ROS the deadline for submission of the ROI 2023 tax return will be 31 October 2024.
